I haven’t participated in the Daily Prompts for a while, there hasn’t been a topic that’s made me want to write about it! But I quite like today’s.
Hi Mum,
I just want to say thank you. No matter what you’ve always stood by me.
You had a tough start becoming a Mum. But you were always strong and battled through everything.
You’ve raised me to be who I am today. You’ve always been the one I turned to for advice or just a chat, sometimes even a cuddle.
You supported and stood by me even though I probably let you down by getting pregnant at 15years old. You stuck up for me when others were judgemental. You helped me to learn how to be a good enough mother to my daughter. You helped me through the tough times and the good. You gave me a roof over my head.
You helped me move home, three times!!
Now, again you are giving me and my family a roof over our heads so we can have a better future. Thank you!
Thank you for being so generous, loving, caring and honest. Thank you for shouting at me, disciplining me, caring for me when I’m sick and being the best mum I could ever want or need!
I love you.
